Self-assessment: I'm still awash in the tide of new ideas, but I'm trying not to expect myself to learn them all at once. I'm very interested in the conceptual application of various tools to provide a more engaging experience for students. As this is assignment-specific, my creativity peaks and is then tempered by the reality that I need to learn how to activate the technology to serve the needs of the curriculum. Currently, my areas of interest are video uploads for student presentations, use of Wikis for group presentations, and use of other video to support content in the lecture sections of the course.
